One-Bowl Almond Flour Banana Muffins (No Added Sugar)

Tender, naturally sweet almond flour banana muffins made in one bowl with no added sugar. Ripe bananas, almond butter, and warm cinnamon keep these gluten-free muffins moist, flavorful, and perfect for snacks or breakfast.

Muffins

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in the almond butter, egg, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda until just combined.
  • Add the almond flour and mix until the batter is smooth and evenly combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips gently without overmixing.
  • Divide the batter into the muffin cups, filling nearly to the top.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

Use smooth almond butter without added sugar. These muffins freeze well and make great grab-and-go snacks.
