  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • salt pinch
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or neutral oil
  • 2 tbsp milk any kind, dairy-free works fine
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl

  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp water

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe mug, whisk flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
