Fudgy Almond Flour Brownies (One-Bowl Wonder)

Thick, chewy, gooey brownies made with almond flour, coconut oil, and maple syrup for a dense and fudgy texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs or flax eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or vegan butter
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan.
  • Whisk almond flour, cocoa, and salt.
  • Add eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla; stir until smooth. Fold in chips.
  • Bake 30–35 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Emma’s favorite after-school bake. I serve them at parties and no one asks if they’re special diet anything.
