Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Instructions
 

  • Scoop avocado into a food processor.
  • Add cocoa, syrup, milk, vanilla, and salt.
  • Blend until very smooth (2–3 full minutes).
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate level.
  • Pipe into jars. Chill. Top with crushed chocolate chips or berries.
  • Best eaten same day, but holds 2–3 days chilled.
